Form R-2868 print requirements

To print or calculate Louisiana Form R-2868V Individual Income Tax 2024 Automatic Extension Payment Voucher:

Go to Organizer
, select States
, then the Louisiana
folder.

Select Payments
, then on the Louisiana
screen, go to the Extension
section.

Enter a
Paid with Extension amount
, and Date extension paid
.

Go to the Payments and Extensions
folder, then select Extensions
.

Go to tab.

On the State Options and Payments
tab, locate Louisiana
and select something other than Not applicable
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
