Form R-2868 print requirements

To print or calculate Louisiana Form R-2868V Individual Income Tax 2024 Automatic Extension Payment Voucher:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then the
    Louisiana
     folder.
  2. Select
    Payments
    , then on the
    Louisiana
     screen, go to the
    Extension
     section.
  3. Enter a
    Paid with Extension amount
    , and
    Date extension paid
    .
  4. Go to the
    Payments and Extensions
     folder, then select
    Extensions
    .
  5. Go to tab.
  6. On the
    State Options and Payments
     tab, locate
    Louisiana
     and select something other than
    Not applicable
    .
  7. Do a full recompute, then print.
