To print Form 502CR, Income Tax Credits for Individuals:

Go to Credit for tax Paid
and select Credit for Taxes Paid
.

In column 1, an X
is present for any of the states.

Go to

Tax Forms

Select 502CR – Credits
.

An amount greater than 0 must be present on any of the credit lines.

This form doesn’t print if amended return only is selected.

Go to

and select Amended Return

section, select Print amended return and the complete return
