Form M-1310 print requirements

To print form M-1310, Statement of Person Claiming Refund Due a Deceased Taxpayer:

Go to Organizer
, States
, and select Massachusetts
.

Select Refund Due Deceased Taxpayer
, and go to the Decedent Information
section.

The Decedent Name
, and Date of death
must exist.

Or you can go to Organizer
, General information
, and select Basic Return Information
.

For the Taxpayer information, a Date of Death
is entered.

Do a full recompute, then print.

To suppress this form:

Go to Organizer
, States
, and select Massachusetts
.

Select Return Options
.

In the Print Suppression
section, select Form M-1310
.
