Form M-4868 print requirements
To print form M-4868, Massachusetts Income Tax Extension Payment Worksheet and Voucher:
- Make sure the correct extension option is selected:
- In theOrganizer, go toPayments and Extensions, thenExtensions.
- Select theState Options and Paymentstab.
- Make sureoption 1or3is selected forMassachusetts.
- Make sure there is an amount due on the form:
- InTax Forms, go toStates,Massachusetts, thenResidentorPart-year Resident/Nonresident.
- SelectM-4868 - Extension Application.
- Make sure there is an amount greater than 0 and less than 5000 inline 7.
- If the amount inline 7is greater than 5000, the form will print with a DO NOT FILE watermark.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
