Form M-4868 print requirements

To print form M-4868, Massachusetts Income Tax Extension Payment Worksheet and Voucher:

Make sure the correct extension option is selected:

In the Organizer
, go to Payments and Extensions
, then Extensions
.

Select the State Options and Payments
tab.

Make sure option 1
or 3
is selected for Massachusetts
.

Make sure there is an amount due on the form:

In Tax Forms
, go to States
, Massachusetts
, then Resident
or Part-year Resident/Nonresident
.

Select M-4868 - Extension Application
.

Make sure there is an amount greater than 0 and less than 5000 in line 7
.

If the amount in line 7
is greater than 5000, the form will print with a DO NOT FILE watermark.

Do a full recompute, then print.
