Schedule D print requirements
To print Schedule D, Massachusetts Long-Term Capital Gains and Losses Excluding Collectibles:
- InTax Forms, go toStates,Massachusetts, thenResidentorPart-year Resident/Nonresident.
- SelectSch D - Capital Gains and Losses.
- Make sure there is an amount on at least one of these lines:
- Line 9.
- Line 10.
- Line 12.
- Line 14.
- Line 16.
- Line 19.
- Line 20.
- Line 22.
- Do a full recompute, then print.If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:
- InTax Forms, go toStates,Massachusetts, thenResidentorPart-year Resident/Nonresident.
- SelectSch D-IS - Capital Gains with Installme.
- Make sure both of the following lines are blank:
- Page 1tab,line 13.
- Page5tab,line 26B.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form isn’t populated or Schedule D-IS is printed instead, turn on the force print option:
- In theOrganizer, go toStates, thenMassachusetts.
- SelectReturn Options.
- Go to theForce Printsection.
- Make sure theMassachusetts Schedule Dcheckbox is checked.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
