Schedule HC-CS print requirements

To print Schedule HC-CS, Massachusetts Health Care Information Continuation Sheet:

Make sure the correct residency is selected:

In the Organizer
, go to States
, then Add States/Cities
.

Make sure the selection for Massachusetts
is R – Resident
or PY - Part-Year Resident
.

Make sure the taxpayer or spouse is over 18:

In the Organizer
, go to General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Select Taxpayer Information
.

Make sure the correct Date of birth
is entered, the taxpayer or spouse need to be over 18 years old for at least 3 months.

Make sure there are additional providers in the return:

In the Organizer
, go to States
, then Massachusetts
.

Select Health Care Information
.

Select the Taxpayer
or Spouse
tab.

Go to the Tax Plan Information
section.

Select the Additional Providers
hyperlink.

Make sure there is at least one entry for the taxpayer or spouse on this screen.

Do a full recompute, then print.
