Make sure the correct residency is selected:

In the Organizer

, then Add States/Cities

Make sure the selection for Massachusetts
is R – Resident
or PY - Part-Year Resident
.

Make sure the taxpayer or spouse is over 18:

In the Organizer
, go to General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Select Taxpayer Information
.

Make sure the correct Date of birth
is entered, the taxpayer or spouse must be over 18 years old for at least 3 months.

Do a full recompute, then print.
