Form 1040 print requirements

To print Form 1040, City Income Tax.

Go to the Organizer
, select Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangibles
, then select Michigan Cities
.

Select Add City
, then enter the name of a city.

Select the city, then select General Information
.

Enter a residency Status
.

Enter Not Listed
for the City
where the income was earned (Mandatory).

Enter the City
name.

Do a full recompute, then print.
