Form 1040ES print requirements

To print Form 1040ES, Estimated Tax Declaration.

Go to the Organizer
, select Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangibles
, then select Michigan Cities
.

Select Name of city
.

Select Estimated Tax
.

Go to Estimate Option
and make sure the estimates aren’t suppressed.

Go to Tax Forms
, Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangibles
and select Michigan Cities
.

Select Michigan Cities
, then select Name of city
.

Select Estimated Tax
and enter an amount greater than 0 on Line 6
.

If the estimated tax is less than the threshold, the estimated vouchers won’t print.

Do a full recompute, then print.
