Form CF-4868-EFT print requirements

To print, and calculate Michigan Cities Form CF-4868-EFT:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Cities
    Counties
    Intangibles
    Tangible
    Michigan Cities
    entry name
    General Information
    . Make a selection in each of the following fields:
    • Residency Status (Mandatory)
    • City in which income was earned (Mandatory)
  2. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Payments and Extensions
    Extensions
    State Options and Payments
     tab, select an option other than
    5 - Not applicable (Default)
    .
  3. In
    Organizer
    , select
    Estimate and Extension Package
    . In the
    Estimate and Extension Package Selection Options
     section, select 1 of the following:
    • Generate Only Batch Extensions
    • Generate Full Batch Package (Estimates and Extensions)
  4. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Cities
    Counties
    Intangibles
    Tangible
    Michigan Cities
    entry name
    Extension Information
    . In the
    Extension Option
     section, select any option except
    Not applicable
    .
  5. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Cities
    Counties
    Intangibles
    Tangible
    Michigan Cities
    entry name
    Extension Information
    , mark the
    Use the electronic payment extension voucher, Form CF-4868-EFT...
     checkbox.
  6. Do a full recompute, then print.
