To print form MI-1040CR-7, Michigan Home Heating Credit Claim:

Go to

Tax Forms

. Select Resident
or Part-year Resident/Nonresident

Select MI-1040CR-7 - Home Heating Credit
.

Go to the Page 2
tab.

Make sure there is an amount on Line 47
and the amount is not overridden.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If you aren't calculating any property tax credit, turn on the force print option:

Credits

Select Home Heating Credit
.

Make sure the Print Form MI-1040CR-7 if credit is NONE
checkbox is marked.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form still doesn’t print, make sure the correct extension option is selected:

Payments and Extensions
Extensions

.

Go to the State Options and Payments
tab.

Make sure that option 1
or option 2
isn't selected for Michigan
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
