Form MI-4884 print requirements
To print form MI-4884, Michigan Pension Schedule:
- Go to . SelectResidentorPart-year Resident/Nonresident.
- SelectMI-4884 - Pension Schedule.
- Go to thePage 2tab.
- Make sure there is an amount orNONEpopulated in at least one of the following lines:
- Line 16.
- Line 17.
- Line 18.
- Line 19.
If there is no amount on those lines, turn on the force print option:- Go to .
- SelectAdjustments to Federal Amounts.
- Go to theRetirement and Pension Benefits Exclusionsection.
- Make sure theForce print of Form MI-4884checkbox is marked.
