Form 1310N print requirements

Refer to the following print requirements to print Form 1310N.

To print Form 1310N, Statement of Person Claiming Refund Due a Deceased Person:

First you'll need to turn on the Federal Form 1310.

Select Organizer
, Informational forms
, then Deceased Refund
.

Select Taxpayer
or Spouse Deceased refund
and enter information to generate the Federal Form 1310.

Now you can turn on the Nebraska Form 1310N.

Select Organizer
, States
, then Nebraska
.

Select Return options
then go to the Print Options
section.

Mark the Print Form 1310N
checkbox.
