Form DP-59-A print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress Form DP-59-A Payment Form and Application for 7-month extension of time to file interest and dividends tax return:
- Go toOrganizer, and then thePayments and Extensionsfolder.
- Go toExtensionsin theState Options and Paymentstab.
- Make sure thatAlpha and numericoption is selected forNew Hampshire.
- Do a full recompute and print the return.
