Form NJ-1040-V print requirements

To print form NJ-1040-V, New Jersey Gross Income Tax Resident Payment Voucher:

Go to Organizer
, States
, and select Add States/
Cities
.

Mark the option R – Resident
on the New Jersey
row.

Next, go to Organizer
, E-file
, and select Enable/Create
.

Ensure you don’t have Column B
marked to ENABLE
the e-file. E-file need to be disabled to print the form.

Next, go to Tax Forms
, States
, New Jersey
, and open the Resident
/Part-year Resident
folder.

Select NJ-1040V – Payment Voucher
and ensure there is a value in the Enter amount of payment here
field.

If the form is still not printing, go to Organizer
, States
, Common
State
, and select Bank
Information
.

Ensure there is no data entered for direct debit, and that Column
B
for AUTHORIZATION TO DEBIT FUNDS
is not marked.
