Make sure the ownership is selected:

In the Organizer
, go to Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangible
, then New York Cities and UBT
.

Select New York UBT
, then NYC-202 A
or NYC-202 B
, then General Information
.

Go to the Ownership (Mandatory)
section.

Make sure Taxpayer
or Spouse
is selected.

Make sure the form is populated:

In Tax Forms
, go to Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangible
, then New York Cities and UBT
.

Select New York UBT
, then NYC-202 A
or NYC-202 B
.

Select NYC-399Z - Depreciation Adjustments
, then select the Page 2
tab.

Make sure there is an amount or NONE in line 8
column A
or B
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In the Organizer
, go to Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangible
, then New York Cities and UBT
.

Select New York UBT
, then NYC-202 A
or NYC-202 B
, then Depreciation Information
.

Make sure the Suppress print of form NYC-399Z
checkbox is cleared.

Do a full recompute, then print.
