Form NYC-399 print requirements

To print Form NYC-399, Schedule of New York City Depreciation Adjustments:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Add States/Cities
    .
  2. Ensure you have selected
    R
    ,
    PY
    ¸ or
    NR
     on the
    New York
     row.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangible
    New York Cities and UBT
    New York UBT
    .
  4. Go to
    NYC-202 A/B
     and select
    General Information
    . Ensure you have selected
    Taxpayer
     or
    Spouse
     in the
    Ownership (Mandatory)
     section.
  5. Go to
    Tax Forms
    Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangible
    New York Cities and UBT
    New York UBT
    .
  6. Select
    Taxpayer
     or
    Spouse
    , then
    NYC-399 – Depreciation Adjustments
    . Ensure there's an amount on
    Schedule C Line 8
     for Column A or B.
  7. Ensure there's an amount on
    Schedule A Line 1
     in Column D, E, F, or I.
  8. Do a full recompute, then print.
