Form IT-201-V print requirements

To print Form IT-201-V, New York Payment Voucher for Income Tax Returns:

In Tax Forms
, select States
, then New York
, then select Resident
or Part-year Resident/Nonresident
.

Select IT-201-V - Payment Voucher
.

Enter an amount or NONE in the Payment amount
field.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In Organizer, select States
, then New York
.

Select Return Options
.

Clear the Suppress print of Form IT-201-V
check .

Do a full recompute, then print.
