In Organizer, select States
, then Add States/Cities

Select PY - Part-Year Resident
or NR – Nonresident
for New York.

Populate the form. In Organizer, select States
, then New York

Select Multi-Year Allocation for NR/PY
.

Make sure at least 1 of the following sections is filled out completely:

Select Income Attributable to Past Employment
, then select Add new
Income Attributable to Past Employment
.

Select Stock Options
, then select Add new Stock Options
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
