To print Form IT-225, New York State Modifications:

Select Tax Forms
, then States
, then New York
.

Select Resident
or Part-year Resident/Nonresident
.

Select IT-225 - NYS Modifications
.

Make sure there is an amount in at least one of these lines:

On the Page 1
tab: Line 9.

On the Page 2
tab: Line 18.

Do a full recompute, then print.
