Form IT-370 print requirements

To print Form IT-370, New York Application for Automatic Six-Month Extension of Time to File for Individuals:

In Organizer
, select Payments and Extensions
, then Extensions
.

Select the State Options and
Payments
tab.

Select option 1, 2, 3, or 4 for New York.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then New York
.

Select IT-204-LL Filing Fee Payment Form
, then Return Options
.

Clear the Print Form(s) IT-204-LL only (without entire New York income tax return)
checkbox.

Do a full recompute, then print.
