In Organizer, select Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangible

Select Ohio, Columbus
, then General Information

In the General Information
section, select City (Mandatory)
.

In Organizer
, select Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangible
, then Ohio Cities and School Districts
.

Select Ohio, Columbus
, then Estimated Tax
.

In the Compute and Print Options
section, clear the checkbox for Suppress print if no payments are due after applying overpayment
.

Do a full recompute and then print.
