To calculate and print Form IT-10, the Ohio Schedule of Business Income:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Ohio
.

Select Information Notice
.

Make sure Generate Form IT 10 for e-file and print (TURNS OFF the Ohio IT1040)
isn't marked.

Make sure Option 3
, or Option 5
is selected.

In Organizer
, select Payments and Extensions
, then Extensions
.

Select the State Options and Payments
tab.

For Ohio, mark sure either Option 3
, or Option 5
is marked.

There must be a positive amount on Schedule of Business Income
, Page 1
, Line 10
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
