Schedule of Adjustments print requirements

To generate and print the Ohio Schedule of Adjustments:

Go to Organizer
, select States
, and then Add States/Cities
.

For state Ohio
, select the residency option.

Go to Organizer
, select Payments and Extensions
.

Select Extensions
, and then State Options and Payments
tab.

For state Ohio
select options 3
, 4
, or 5
.

Go to Organizer
, select States
, and then select Ohio
.

Select Information Notice
, then remove the checkmark in Generate Form IT 10 for e-file and print
(Turns off the Ohio IT1040).

Do a full recompute, then print.
