To print Form 40-ESV, Estimated Payment Voucher:

Go to Organizer
, States
, and select Common State
.

Select Estimates
.

Select Option 1
, 3
, 4
or 5
and enter an amount in Estimated Tax
, Option 4
.

If Option 3
is selected, select the Estimate Option As Adjusted
tab.

Go to the Oregon
section, and enter the information.

Do a full recompute, and then print.
