To print Form OR-40 Individual Income Tax Return for Full-year Residents:

Go to Organizer
, States
, and select Add State/City
.

Select R
(Resident) for Oregon.

Do a full recompute, and then print

If no forms are printing for Oregon:

Go to Organizer
, Payments and Extensions
, and select Extensions
.

Select the State Options and Payments
tab.

For Oregon, make sure option 1
(extension only) isn't selected.
