Change form print requirements

To print Change Form, Philadelphia Change Form:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    ,
    Cities
    ,
    Countries
    ,
    Intangibles
    ,
    Tangible
    ,
    Philadelphia Cities
    ,
    Philadelphia NPT
     folder.
  2. Go to the
    T
    ,
    S
    ,
    J
    ,
    Change Form
     folder.
  3. In the
    General Change Form For
     section, select the checkbox next to
    BIRT and Net Profits Tax
    .
  4. Go to the
    Contact Information Must be Completed for all Change Request
     section and fill in the data for this section.
  5. Run a full compute and print the return.
If the form is still not printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

    Organizer

    Cities
    ,
    Countries
    ,
    Intangibles
    ,
    Tangible
    ,
    Philadelphia Cities
    ,
    Philadelphia NPT
     folder.
  2. Go to the
    T
    ,
    S
    ,
    J
    ,
    Extension Information
     folder.
  3. Make sure the checkbox
    Extension only alpha
     and
    numeric entries
     aren't selected.
  4. Run a full compute and print the return.
