Form RI-1310 print requirements

To calculate and print Form RI-1310, Rhode Island Deceased Taxpayer Refund Claim:

In Organizer
, go to States
and select Add States/Cities
.

Select R
– Resident, PY
– Part-Year Resident, or NR
– Nonresident for Rhode Island.

Then go to Payments and Extensions
.

Select Extensions
, then State Options and Payments
.

Select Option 3
or Option 4
for Rhode Island.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form still isn't printing:

In Organizer
, go to States
, then Rhode Island
, then Return Options
.

In the Print Options
section, mark the checkbox for Print RI 1310 (federal Form 1310 must be generated)
.

Then, make sure there's data flowing to Tax
Forms
, States
, Rhode Island
.

Select Resident or Part-Year Resident/Nonresident
, RI-1310 – Deceased Taxpayer Refund Claim
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
