RI Schedule W print requirements

To calculate and print Form Sch U - Rhode Island Use Tax:

In Organizer
, go to States
and select Add States/Cities
.

Select option R
- Resident, PY
- Part-Year Resident, or NR
- Nonresident for Rhode Island.

Then go to Payments and Extensions
.

Select Extensions
, then State Options and Payments
.

Select option 3
or 4
for Rhode Island.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form isn't printing, make sure there's data flowing:

In Tax Forms
, go to States
, Rhode Island
, Resident or Part-Year Resident/Nonresident
, then Sch W - W-2 and 1099 Information
.

Make sure there is an amount on Line 16
"Total TI Income Withheld"

Do a full recompute, then print.
