Form IN-117 print requirements

To print form IN-117, Vermont Credit for Income Tax Paid to Other State or Canadian Province:

Go to Organizer
, States
, Vermont
, Credits
, and select General Credits
.

In the Credit for Taxes Paid
section, select the Credit for Taxes Paid to Other State(s)
hyperlink.

Make sure you have an X
in column 1
for any states you want to compute credit for.

Go to Tax Forms
, States
, Vermont
, and select IN-111 – Income Tax Return
.

Ensure there is an amount on Page 2
, Line 17
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form is still not printing, ensure you haven’t suppressed it with your extensions:

Go to Organizer
, Payments and Extensions
, Extensions
, and select the State Options and Payment
tab.

In the Extension Tax Options
section, make sure you have selected option 3
, 4
, or 5
on the Vermont
row.

Do a full recompute, then print.
