Form IN-151 print requirements

To print form IN-151, Vermont Application for Extension of Time to File Form IN-111:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    Payments and Extensions
    ,
    Extensions
    , and select the
    State Options and Payments
     tab.
  2. In the
    Extension Tax Options
     section, make sure you have selected any option other than
    5
     in the
    Vermont
     row.
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
