- Go toSpecial Nonres Claim for Tax Withheld. Make sure this section doesn’t have any information or selections made.
- Go to.OrganizerE-FileEnable/Create
- Go toColumn J (Signature Form Option).
- SelectForm VA-8453from the dropdown.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
