Form 8609-A print requirements

To print Form 8609-A, Federal Schedule A Low Income Housing Annual Statement:

In the Tax Forms
, select Federal
, then the 8609 – Low-Inc Housing Alloc Cert Credi
folder.

Select the Credits from (Rental, Other, Multiple Trade)
folder.

Select

Name
Building Number
8609-A

folder.

Make sure Line 16
or Line 18
has an amount.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.

To force print the form:

In the Organizer
, select Activity Information
, then the (Rental Real Estate or Other Rental or Multiple Trade)
folder.

Select

Name
8609
Building number

folder.

Go to the Form 8609-A
tab.

In the Print Options
section, select the Force print Form 8609-A
checkbox.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.
