FinCEN Form 114 print requirements

To print FinCEN Form 114, Federal Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts:
  1. In the
    Organizer
    , select
    Foreign Information
    , then the
    Foreign Bank Account
     folder.
  2. Select
    FinCen
    , then the
    FinCen – General Information
     folder.
  3. In the
    General Information
     section, mark the
    Activate Form 114 (Mandatory)
     checkbox.
  4. Go to the
    Signature of Authorized Persons
     section and enter the
    Officer Title
    .
  5. Do a full recompute, then print the return.
If the form is still not printing, make sure the form isn’t suppressed:
  1. In the
    Organizer
    , select
    Foreign Information
    , then the
    Foreign Bank Account
     folder.
  2. Select
    FinCen
    , then the
    FinCen – General Information
     folder.
  3. Go to the
    Print Options
     section and make sure the
    Suppress the print of Form 114
     checkbox isn’t marked.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print the return.
