Form 5471 Schedule A print requirements
Form 5471 Schedule A prints when the Schedule A screen is completed for the foreign corporation.
To print Form 5471, Information Return of U.S. Persons With Respect to Certain Foreign Corporations, Page 1, Schedule A (Shares of Foreign Corporation):
- Go to .
- For each line of detail, select aClass of Stockor enter aStock Description.
- Do a full recompute, then print.

The first four lines of detail will print directly on the form. Any additional lines will print on a statement.
