In Organizer, go to

General Information

Select both the
Generate a California partnership return (Form 565)
and
Generate a California LLC return (Form 568)
options.
If the federal return type is set to
Limited Liability Company
, then Form 586 will automatically populate.
Do a full recompute, then print.

section, remove all entries. If any information is populated in this section, Side 6 won't print.
