To print schedule K-1 (568), California Member’s Share of Income Deductions, Credits, etc:

Go to Tax Forms
, followed by States
, then select California
.

Go to 568
, then 568
.

Go to the 568, Side 3
tab.

Go to Single Member LLC Information and Consent
and clear Sole Owner's name
.

If the form isn’t printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:

Go to the Organizer
, followed by States
, then select California
.

Go to Return Options
, then select Print Options
.

Go to the Sch K, K-1, and Schedule of Activities
tab.

In the Print Suppression
section, clear the All detail related directly to
for the Schedule K-1
column.

Go to the Organizer
, followed by State
, then select Common State
.

Go to Print Suppression
.

In the Schedule K-1/K-1 Equiv
column, clear the checkbox for California
.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
