Colorado Form DR 8454 print

To print the Colorado Signature Form DR-8454, you need to make sure that the proper
Signature Option
 is selected.
  1. In the Organizer, go to
    States
    , then
    Colorado
    .
  2. Select
    E-file
     then
    Additional information
    .
  3. In the Signature Option section, select
    I have read and agree with the certification per details on Form 8454 (Mandatory to print)
    .
  4. In the
    States
     folder, select
    State E-file
     then
    Enable/Create Returns
    .
  5. In the Colorado row, select the
    E-file
     box in Column C.
  6. Do a full re-compute and refresh print.
If it still isn't printing, make sure the form isn't suppressed going to
States
Colorado
Return Options
. Note this suppression option is not available in all tax years.
