Form IL-4562 print requirements

To calculate and print Form IL-4562, Illinois Special Depreciation, one of the following requirements must be met:

Step 2 Line 4 must have an amount present.

Step 3 Line 10 must have an amount present.

If Form IL-4562 isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Suppression
, then scroll to Alabama – Michigan
section.

Make sure Illinois State Forms
column isn’t marked.

Do a full recompute, then print.
