Form IL-477 print requirements
To calculate and print Form IL-477, Illinois Replacement Tax Investment Credits, one of the following requirements must be met:
- Step 1 Line 2 Column G has an amount
- InOrganizer, selectStates, thenIllinois.
- SelectCredits, thenReplacement Tax Credits.
- Enter data inAdd new Replacement Tax Credits.
- Step 1 Line 13 has an amount.
- The Step 2If your business is new to Illinoisis selected.
- InOrganizer, selectStates, thenIllinois.
- SelectCredits, thenGeneral Credits.
- UnderPart II – Base Employmentsection, markBusiness is new to Illinois.
- Step 2 Line 16 Column A has an amount
- InOrganizer, selectStates, thenIllinois.
- SelectCredits, thenGeneral Credits.
- UnderPart II – Base Employmentsection, make data entry here.
If Form IL-477 isn’t printing, check if it's suppressed:
- InOrganizer, selectStates, thenCommon State.
- SelectPrint Suppression, then scroll toAlabama – Michigansection.
- Make sure IllinoisState Formscolumn isn’t marked.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
