Form 228S print requirements
To print form 228S, Fayette County Education Net Profits Occupational License Tax Return:
- In theOrganizer, go toStates, thenState and City Activation.
- Select theCitiestab at the bottom of the page.
- In the row forFAYETTE COUNTY, make sure theCITY/COUNTY ACTIVATIONcheckbox in columnBis checked.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:
- In theOrganizer, go toStates, thenCommon State.
- SelectPrint Suppression.
- Go to theKentucky Citiessection.
- In the row forFayette County, make sure the checkbox in theState Formscolumn is clear.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
