Form 4700 print requirements

To print form 4700, Michigan Gross Receipts Worksheets:

In Tax Forms
select States
, then
Michigan
.

Select 4700, Gross Receipts Worksheet
.

On the 4700, Page 2
tab, make sure an amount or NONE is on line 19.

Do a full recompute and print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Suppression
and go to the Alabama - Michigan
tab.

In the row for Michigan
, make sure the State Forms
column is not selected.

Do a full recompute and print.
