Form BANK print requirements

Refer to the following print requirements to print Form Bank Authorization for Direct Debit.

To print Form Bank Authorization for Direct Debit:

Go to Tax Forms
, States
, then select Minnesota
.

Select M3
and select the M3 Partnership Return Page 2
tab.

Make sure that line 21 is greater than 0.

Go to Organizer
, States
, then select Common State
.

Select General Information
then Bank Information
.

On the Direct Debit
tab, mark the Authorization to Debit Funds
checkbox.

Make sure that on Column D, you don’t select Check
. This will suppress the form.

Fill in all the columns for Minnesota for the Bank Account Information.

To suppress Form BANK:

Select Organizer
, States
, then Minnesota
.

Select Return Options
and go to the section Print Suppression.

Make sure the Form BANK
checkbox is cleared.
