Form MO-60 print requirements

To generate and print Form MO-60, Missouri Application For Extension of Time to File:

Go to Tax Forms
, select States
, then Missouri
.

Select MO-60
and make sure line 1 needs to have an amount entered.

Select Organizer, then States
, then Common State
.

Select Estimates and Extension
, then Estimates and Extension
.

Select the Extension
tab and Column B
checkbox needs to be selected for Missouri.

Do a full compute and print the return.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Suppression
and make sure Missouri is cleared in the State Forms
column.

In Organizer, select States
, then Missouri
.

Select Return Options
and in the Print Suppression
section, make sure Form MO-60
is cleared.
