Form 1040-ES print requirements

To print form 1040-ES, New Jersey Gross Income Tax Declaration of Estimated Tax Voucher:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    .
  2. Select
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    .
  3. Select the
    Filing Status
     tab.
  4. Ensure the
    Composite Return
     checkbox in
    column E
     is marked in the row for
    New Jersey
    .
  5. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    New Jersey
    .
  6. Select
    1040-ES Vouchers
    , then select the tab for the voucher.
  7. Make sure there is an amount or NONE in
    Enter amount of payment here
    .
  8. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    New Jersey
    .
  2. Select
    Composite Return
    , then go to the
    Estimated payments using NJ-1040-ES
     section.
  3. Ensure the
    Suppress print of 1040-ES
     checkbox is cleared.
  4. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    .
  5. Select
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    .
  6. Select the
    Return Information
     tab.
  7. Ensure the selection for
    Final Return
     in
    column G
     is
    No
    in the row for
    New Jersey
    .
  8. Do a full recompute, then print.
