Make sure there is an amount or NONE in line 16

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn’t print, check if it’s suppressed:

Select Return Options
, then go the Print Suppression
section.

Make sure the Schedule O
checkbox is cleared.

Do a full recompute, then print.
