Form CCA Form 120 17-BR print requirements

To print Form 120-17-BR, Ohio CCA Net Profit Tax Return:

Go to Organizer
, States
, State and City Activation
, and select the Cities
tab.

Select the Ohio Cities
button on Row 39
for Ohio Cities
.

Ensure you have selected the Add
option on the (CCA) – Ohio CCA
row in the Activate Area
section.

Do a Full Recompute
, then print.

If the form isn’t printing, make sure it is not suppressed:

Go to Organizer
, States
, Common State
, and select Print Suppression
.

Ensure you haven’t marked the checkbox for CCA
in the State Forms
column under the Ohio Cities
section.

Go to Organizer
, Cities and Intangibles
, Ohio CCA
, and select Return Options
.

Ensure you haven’t marked the checkbox for City forms
in the Print Suppression
section.
