.

Select Form SC-1040TC
and make sure Line 18
has a value.

Go to Organizer
, select States
, then South Carolina
.

Select Credits
, then General credits
.

Under South Carolina CREDITS
, enter the amount and Allocation Code
where applicable.

Do a full recompute and create a new print.
