Form FAE-174, Schedule NC print requirements

To calculate and print Tennessee Franchise Schedule 174NC - Consolidated Net Worth Franchise Tax Apportionment:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    , select
    Cities and Intangibles
     then
    Tennessee Franchise
    .
  2. Open
    General Information
     and find the
    General Information
     section.
  3. Mark the
    Member of a consolidated group electing to calculate net worth on a consolidated basis
     checkbox. This is required to print the Schedule NC.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
